- Reports directly to the Assistant Manager

- Check-in/Check-out guests.

- Answering incoming calls for reservations.

- Ensures the daily operations processes runs efficiently.

- Assists in rectifying guest complaints and issues as they arise.

- Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.

- Co-ordinate and assign tasks to Houskeeping/Engineering departments.

- Perform room checking and audit.
