Front Office Executive

  • Greet walk in or arrival guest in a friendly and professional manner

  • Efficient and excellent communication skills in writing and communication.

  • To perform check in, check out and creating reservations

  • Assist guest with taxi booking, tours requirement, inquiries and replying to emails

  • Making reservations with accuracy and to be eye for detailed to avoid any back log or overbooking

  • Require to show initiative, be pro active and engagement in team work or when speaking with guest

  • Handling cashier duties

  • Co-ordinate with housekeeping to ensure accuracy in room status

  • Prepare and tracking of reports such as payment for OTAs, leave records and roster

  • Conduct OJT for new associates

  • Controlling of Room inventory

  • Processing 3rd party payment

  • Ensuring smooth front office operations

  • Perform any other job task being assigned by the management

  • Require to perform 3 shifts ( Morning, Afternoon and Midnight)

  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

  • Looking for Good leadership

  • Minimum of 2 year customer service experience in hospitality

Housekeeping

  • Greet walk in or arrival guest in a friendly and professional manner

  • Efficient and excellent communication skills 

  • Require to perform bed making and toilet cleaning.

  • Clean all assigned guest room including dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal from rooms. Retrieval of clean linens, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning and replenish rooms with supplies

  • Must be eye for detail

  • Update and record all clean, occupied and dirty rooms

  • Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment

  • Return or report and properly record all lost and found items.

  • Dusts the room and furniture.

  • Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies.

  • Performing basis daily inventory count

  • Vacuums racks and carpet

  • Checks and secures the rooms.

  • Replenish amenities according to the operational level.

  • Clean and touch up public area including daily watering of plants

  • Able to perform shift work

  • Work cohesively with team members.

Looking for responsible and reliable individual , focus on guest needs and remaining calm and courteous at all times With any Housekeeping cleaning experience will be an advantage.
